Well, I’ve always been curious about dream interpretation. So, I decided to try out the methods from Abraham Hicks to see if I could effectively interpret my dreams.
First off, I started by keeping a dream journal. Every morning when I woke up, even if I was still half – asleep, I’d grab my journal and scribble down whatever fragments of dreams I could remember. It was like trying to catch slippery fish in a dark pond. Sometimes, I could only recall a single image, like a big, shiny apple floating in mid – air. Other times, it was a jumbled mess of scenes, like being at a party one moment and then in a forest the next.
Then, I began to listen to Abraham Hicks’ teachings. I’d put on their audio recordings while I was doing the dishes or taking a shower. They talked about how dreams are a way for our inner selves to communicate with us. I was like, “Okay, sounds cool, but how do I actually figure out what they’re saying?”

Next, I tried to relax and let go of any preconceived ideas. I sat on my old, worn – out couch, closed my eyes, and focused on the dream images I’d written down. I imagined myself stepping into those dream scenes. For example, if I dreamed of a beach, I’d feel the sand under my feet, hear the waves crashing, and smell the salty air. It was kind of like a mini – vacation in my head.
As I did this, I started to notice little details that I hadn’t paid attention to before. In the beach dream, there was a strange shell that I’d just glossed over in my initial writing. I thought, “What’s up with this shell? Why is it here?” I tried to think about how it made me feel. It gave me a sense of mystery, like there was something hidden inside.
I also looked for emotions in my dreams. If I felt scared in a dream, I’d ask myself what in my waking life could be causing that fear. Maybe it was a new project at work that I was worried about.
After a few weeks of doing this, I started to see patterns. I noticed that when I was stressed out during the day, my dreams were more chaotic. And when I was in a good mood, my dreams were filled with happy and peaceful scenes.
Finally, I was able to interpret my dreams more effectively. I felt like I’d unlocked a secret code in my mind. It was an amazing feeling, like finding a hidden treasure in my own backyard. Now, every time I have a dream, I’m excited to see what message it has for me.
So, if you’re interested in dream interpretation, give these methods a try. You might be surprised at what you find!
