Hey, guys! I’ve always been curious about the spiritual meaning of the sun and whether it can bring positive energy. So, I decided to embark on this little exploration journey.
First, I started by getting up early in the morning. I set my alarm clock and forced myself out of the warm bed. It was tough at first, but I knew I had to do it to catch the sunrise. I put on my shoes and walked outside to an open area near my home.
As I stood there waiting for the sun to rise, I could feel the cool morning air on my face. I took a few deep breaths, trying to clear my mind. Then, little by little, the sky started to turn orange. The sun peeked over the horizon, like a shy kid showing its face.

I watched as the sun slowly climbed higher and higher. Its rays spread out, lighting up the whole area. I stretched out my arms and let the sunlight hit me. It felt so warm and comforting, like a big hug from nature.
During the day, I made sure to spend more time outdoors. I went for a walk in the park, sat on a bench under the sun, and just soaked it all in. I noticed that my mood started to lift. I felt more energetic and less stressed.
At night, I thought about my day. I realized that just being exposed to the sun had made me feel so much better. According to some studies, sunlight can boost the production of serotonin in our brains, which is known as the “happy hormone”. Experts also suggest that getting enough sunlight can improve our sleep quality and overall well – being.
So, from my little experiment, I can say that the sun does bring positive energy. It’s like a free gift from the universe. We just need to step outside and embrace it. Next time you’re feeling down, go out and let the sun work its magic!
