Recently, I encountered something rather strange.For several nights in a row, I dreamed about animals mating.At first, I didn’t think much of it, but when elephants, horses, and snakes appeared in my dreams one after another, I began to feel that this might not be a coincidence, but rather a signal from my subconscious or the universe.So, I decided to look into it seriously.

To avoid forgetting these strange dreams, I picked up the notebook by my bed and started keeping a dream journal.I created a small table with three columns:
The type of animal I dreamed about (I even wrote down their colors and sizes)
What they were doing (although it was embarrassing to write down, it was necessary)
How I felt in the dream
The advantage of doing this was that dreams are often fragmented, but by recording them, I was able to see patterns more clearly.
Step 2: Look for the symbols behind the dreams
Guessing on my own wasn’t reliable, so I went to the library and read almost every book on dream interpretation.I found that the same animal has completely different meanings in different cultures.For example:

As for the horse in my dream, I later realized that it was because I was planning a camping trip.Horses symbolize freedom, which corresponded to my anticipation for the trip.
The snake dream made me think of shedding skin, which may have been related to my desire to make some changes in my life at the time.
Interestingly, since I started analyzing and recording these dreams, I haven’t dreamed about animals mating again.This may mean that my subconscious has already conveyed what it wanted to express to me through these dreams.
