So, I decided to explore the spiritual meaning of white sage. It all started when I heard some folks talking about how white sage can clean the air and chase away bad vibes. I was like, “Well, that sounds cool. I gotta try it out.”
First, I went to a local store to get some white sage. I was a bit lost at first, ’cause there were so many kinds of herbs there. But I asked the clerk, and he pointed me to the white sage. I picked up a bundle, paid for it, and headed home.
Once I got home, I remembered I needed to learn how to use it. So, I watched a few videos on my phone. They said I should open the windows first. So, I walked around my place, opening every window I could find. It was a bit of a hassle, especially for those high-up ones, but I managed.
Then, I took the white sage bundle and lit one end with a lighter. It started smoking right away, and the smell was kind of earthy and nice. I walked around each room, waving the burning sage in the air. I was supposed to imagine the smoke taking away all the negative stuff in the room. It felt a bit silly at first, but I went with it.
I made sure to get into every corner, under the beds, behind the furniture. I even did the closets. It was like a little adventure, looking for all the hidden spots in my place. After I finished with all the rooms, I put out the sage by gently pressing it into an ashtray.
Now, here’s the thing. I don’t know if it was all in my head, but I felt like the air in my place was fresher, and I was in a better mood.
